Returns & Refunds
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returns process
Exchanging an item
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please email us to let us support@thegreenmumma.com know which design you would like to exchange for – please state your original order number in your email.
You will need to return your original item and we will invoice / refund any difference in price for your exchange via Paypal. An additional post out charge is applicable.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty, please return to the following address complete with all labelling and packaging for a complete and full refund.
Returning items
If you would like to return your item for any other reason, please return to the following address complete with all labeling and packaging for a full refund less postage charges.

Additional Information:
We will process any refunds within 3 working days following receipt of your return order. Return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Your items should reach us in an undamaged condition.
