Order Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow up to 3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect 💚
What about Shipping?
We ship both domestically and to a number of international destinations. Shipping times will depend on your location.
As a general guideline The shipping times are expected to take:
- UK & Ireland: 1 - 3 working days
- Europe: 3 - 5 working days
- Rest of the World: 5 - 10 working days
Customs
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
The Green Mumma Ltd is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of The Green Mumma Ltd to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. The Green Mumma Ltd is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Should The Green Mumma Ltd mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, The Green Mumma Ltd is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
