Q: Can I ship this gift box directly to the recipients?

A: Yes you can. When you checkout, you will have the option to include a shipping address, this can be different to your “billing address”. This is where your order will be sent. 

Q: I need the gift box to arrive urgently / on a specific date, can you accommodate?

A: We always try to accommodate any requests like this. Although our typical turnaround is ~3 working days, we have been known to get boxes out same-day for rush orders, and can also look to send out the box for a timed delivery if this is required. Just get in contact and speak to our team if you have any specific requirements. 

Q: Can I include a personalized hand-written gift note?

A: Yes, absolutely! You can add in your gift note details after you have added the gift box to your cart. We will take that message and hand write it for the lucky recipient! 

Q: Will the recipient know how much I have spent?

A: We only send out receipt information by email to the person who places the order. No information or paperwork with pricing information is sent out with the order. Although if you do require this, just let us know!

Q: I'm buying on-behalf of a company, can I get an invoice provided?

A: Of course! We work with many companies around the world, providing gift boxes to their staff, and colleagues. 

Q: If I order more items, will you put it in the Gift box?

A: By default, we will add additional items into a gift box if there is one on the order. If you would like to split up your order, please just let us know in the giftnotes box, or get in contact with us and we will break out the order as you need.
